Hey G4! My name is Cody Krantz. I have been training specifically for this competition for over a year. I hired a strength and conditioning coach, and put on 20 pounds of solid muscle. I believe I possess the strength, agility, and endurance to be a contender for American Ninja Warrior. I would be honored to be invited to tryout for this competition. Thank you for you consideration!

Thank you to my loving girlfriend Nicole for helping me film this, and putting up with my obsessive training habits over the last year. I love you!
