  • thats not proper is it ? your back has to have kinda like an arch your shoulders gotta be up you gotta bring it down with your full body bending your knees this is not just back deadlifting is for liek the full body legs every thing you cant just bring it up and down

  • Nice deadlifting, we are similar in strength on deadlifts - You only do Strongman ? I come from powerlifting and just started Sman in 2007
