I wish I had an awesome English assignment like this, all I ever do is write papers. Anyway, my answer for the question of Utopia has always been virtual reality. The constraints caused by the scarcity of resources would be almost completely eliminated, with the only real limiting factors being memory and storage space, but future technology will help with that.

I can bring it together without lieing to the people too. You might see some crazy strategy happen but if I can piece this together PERFECT. You will see it.

Where we be a good place to start? You cant just START OVER like a PC RTS Game.

The perfect Utopia means Every one is rich in todays standards. That means they are abundant in everything they want and needs. But there should be a more restricted rules and regulation. A perfect society should not hold their privacy to themselves. What if EVERYBODY knows EVERYBODY?
