SSBB Target Smash Level 5 (Pikachu) - 15.21 seconds

This is a run I've had for a while and I'm just now uploading it. I am so lazy...

Anyway, I decided to go back and try Target Smash Level 5 on Super Smash Bros. Brawl again after discovering a new strategy, and I managed to improve my old record by a full 10 seconds! It can be done faster, though.
