What you need to do is work out, jumping alone won't bring you maximum results. Do Box Squats, they're like squats but harder, and dead-lifts. There are tons of work-out excercises you can do but I don't have enough space, if you want more info write back. Oh, and one thing...leg press=the worst exercise for your vertical leap, it isolates muscles, and you dont just use one muscle to jump, actually use your whole body so work out everything.

Thanks but i don't have yet the required motivation to work out. I pass my exams this year and i spend my time into working, but during the holidays i usually make some training but not program. Since the last post i've seen that my vertical leap had increased and now i can nearly dunk on 1 foot ! I've got now like a 34 or 36 inches running vertical leap of 1 foot.
