The tagliatelle chicken dish is highly recommendable. My mom and I have been making it together ever since seing it 10 years ago or so. It's so lushious and comforting - just to use Nigellas own words :)

@Yumna93ful I did find the 3 disc set, on ebay, from a dealer in Australia. I have an all region DVD player, the 3 disc set will not play on a standard region 1 only U.S. player.

@rudiclappin I suppose she often says that because asbestos is very resistant to fire or generally to heat, and her hands seem to be, too. I find it crazy that she can touch meat that's just come out of the oven ^^

@gnparticle are you kidding? i love it. on the contrary, I hate the overly edited perfect tv cooks like Giada DeLaurentis. This is why Nigella is so relatable!
