@Askerban And it always amazes me the lack of culture and intelligence of some people in this country of ours. We speak E-N-G-L-I-S-H in America. Where was the English language spawned...hmmmmm....I don't know...maybe E-N-G-L-A-N-D. People seem to forget about our roots, how this country was formed and the fact that the USA is a melting pot of cultures and beliefs.

@Lambchop08 Yes it might not beAmerican, but many Irish immigrants came to America. Not surprising many English and Irish tunes blended into American culture (Naval Hymn, My Country Tiss of the, "I'll Fight for Uncle Sam"). America is a blend of many different culutres, but it was born out of England and is rooted out of Europe
