Regarding the WPS - I have no idea if he is on it but it would be logical. If he isn't dead, he could have been given the option to "disappear". The fact that the NIST report on WTC7 was published a few days later which contradicted what he'd said would have been quite an incentive for him to be silenced or for him to want to disappear rather than be hounded by the press - or "truthers".

Yes. Hess gave an interview on 9/11 which tallied with what Jennings said. Then he went very quiet until a few days (weeks?) after Jennings "died". His story then tallied perfectly with the official one. Not conclusive "evidence" of course, but still...

@ThePeage I never heard that about the WPS. Hess was the other guy in the stairway correct? I've been away from 9/11 research and on the gulf more of late.

Given that Barry Jennings' family is said to have disappeared at the time he was reported to have died, it would seem more likely that he is alive and well and living on a witness protection scheme somewhere. However, whether he died of natural causes, was murdered, or is on a WPS, he is certainly silenced.
What I find more interesting is that Hess didn't come out and fit his story to the official one until after Jennings' death (or "death").

Barry Jennings was murdered for saying there was an explosion in building 7! What about the janitor hero? He kept saying there was an explosion beneath him while he was in the under ground portion of the building!
Must have been the plane that went under ground in PA!
