No! Actually they should have been calling theemselves Heaven & Hell, Since the album Heaven & Hell. Ozzy Sabbath & Dio Sabbath are two entirely diferent bodies of work. Although Ozzy's work is classic stuff, the band with Dio is far better lyricaly and musicaly, and there for definatley deserves to fly under it's on "FLAG"

@bluesinduluth Its people like you who are going downstairs you know. Have you even tried listening to his music? Its not about satan and god, its about not being bound by gods, yet not being bound by our own actions(at least in my eyes). Ronnie didnt celebrate hostility to god, he celebrated life and friends by making his music and i can assure you that Dio helped me so much more than going to church and praying ever did.

Dio...Rest In Peace??? No, sadly rejected Life In Jesus Christ, and like RJD, Ozzy will spend eternity in Hell, for rejecting Christ's sacrifice. He like Ozzy celebrated their hostility to God, and people still applaud and worship them, instead of God, His Son, and the Holy Spirit who promise to bring LIFE...not death

@fpsexcellence true, its just a matter of opinion. i personally i LOVE the way Dio sang, his voice was just godlike. and though i dont like ozzy's singing too much, his style of following along the guitar riff was unique. hes also a badass cause he eats bats.

@Anjohl how the hell would he sue him? he didnt have ownership of the band. thats like quitting ur job and sueing (however u spell it) ur boss for not changing the name of the company.

It was bullshit to call it "Heaven and Hell". The compilation album was called "Black Sabbath", so so should Neon Nights/Radio City/Devil You Know. Iommi was just scared to death that Ozzy was going to sue him.

I actually like Heaven and Hell better. It's a completely different band than w/Ozzy. I'm sure they only used the Sabbath name because it would sell better. I like this stuff better than w/Ozzy. Sorry. I also like Ozzy's solo stuff better. Again apologies, but that's the way I feel.
