Home Data Center Expansion Part 2

In this video I've gotten half of the equipment in that I acquired. Included in this video are 2x 2U APC SmartUPS 1500's and an HP BL-E class blade chassis fully loaded with 20 HP BL10-e blades! For those that don't know what blades are here's a simple explanation: small for factor servers designed for high performance computing on a limited footprint. I still have 6U more of equipment to add. This is what happens when you start selling managed services to your customers. They demand, you must supply. Let me tell ya... it's been a beast setting everything up, but it's so worth it. Stay tuned for part three, then future videos showing services & etc.!

@CLK50000 I don't have a power bill. I am in fact illegally tapped into the power grid. These servers are the backend behind my distribution ring that I illegally run from my house. I have a grow operation in the basement and residential service will never provide the amount of power I need for my lights and irrigation equipment so my only option to keep my farm secretly growing was to, in fact, tap into the grid...

@Kira200905 I don't know if this interior room looks like a garage to you, but it most certainly isnt. Now before I was of age I had all of my equipment running in my mom's basement. Take a look at the older videos I have, very clear difference.

Josh, I have to say (mainly because of your blades) you have the nicest home server setup on youtube. I wish I had a setup that was at least half yours, and I would kill for just 5 of those blade servers let alone 20 + 10 extra that you have.

@KILO993 power cords from the top might not reach. he would need to get longer cables. so it would be easier and cheaper to put them in the middle :)
