For God to be satisfied, the infinite payment had to be perfect, without blemish; the payment also had to be made by a man and that man was the Lord Jesus Christ, God manifested in the flesh. Islam has no savior because it has no payment for sin other than an individual's good deeds. Since God is infinite, to sin against Him is an infinite crime. It is impossible for a finite person to make payment for an infinite crime. Christ has made the infinite payment because Christ is God in the flesh and therefore was able to satisfy God's holy demand.
