Yes I bought one of these here in UK last week in a supermarket here, Im on a low budget so it seemed ideal as the packaging looked expensive thought I would give it a whirl, so far it seems quite awsome, lovely thick lashes, does a great job, only thing I found the brush head is quite wobbley and sensitive, and it feels strange when you apply the mascara, however, maybe that is how it is supposed to be in order to get those thick lashes, doesnt say whats in it or if its been tested but seems ok
