I get it. I am talking about the ideals about how it SHOULD be and what the entire idea was at the start. The fact is that the Constitution/system was perverted, starting with year 1868, and decimated ever since. T=For example, to claim our constitutional rights at the court is almost joke-like since judicial system is just as corrupted as anything else outthere. The judge will hold you in contempt!! Nevertheless, if all people stood by USC, the FEDs would have helluva time to try breaching it.

A national constitution is NO constitution, since it becomes whatever the fed says.

The Constitution is FEDERAL, its enumerated opwers are simply delegations by each state's sovereign people, and are wholly subordinate thereto in altering them.

Bullshit, the Constitution is an INTERNATIONAL document, it does NOT form a sovereign nation among the states, or pertain to one.

Each state is a sovereign nation unto itself; the Constitution simply enumerates the delegation of powers by the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE of each state regarding state and federal govern.
