@girbaudGzus. 3! 6! 10! 30! 50!. The answer is, It doesn't matter. It all has do with your triceps and shoulder strength. Every ounce in your body counts, and in order to make it easier, you wanna make sure your body fat % is low. So a good diet is key, apart from having a good strength training regimen. The best exercises I would suggest to build up to it are the shoulder and/or military press.

possibly yoga. there's a product that they sell at vitamin supplement stores,
the name is something like, not sure how it's quite spelled or pronounced, but it's something like Gloucamine, something like that, it strengthens joints. It could/should help.
