dam my sierra has the same engine pero i knt find shit really for mods even the xaust shop told me that i didnt need a cat bak cuz the truck has a stock y pipe w two cats so i just got a super 44 flowmaster a k&n filter n cut off the bottom part of the intake box new spark plugs n msd ign wires but nothing else could you help me out !>?

wow, I got a 97 s10 with the 4.3 And its a little monster, I am also curious what all u did to it, Other than the juice.

i got a 1999 s10 xtreme with a 4.3,,,,, its a little monster too!
what ive done to mine is put a cold air intake on it. and a cat back exhaust. and it can pick up an go now!

so i cranked my volume up to hear the motor scream during the run.... then you yelled at just about took my face off lmao.

nice truck... wish i had more cash right now to beef my motor up a bit. all my xtreme 4.3 has on her is a cold air intake and killer stereo... but i'm workin on it!

they're the same size block..
a 2000 v8 vortec will practically bolt right in....
same size just 2 more cylinders there

any 350 should bolt in, you may need a different bellhousing though for the older ones
