The last time the rags had a allstar team. Where did that lead them? Missing the playoffs. Your defense hasn't proven a damn thing.And the Isles, they are putting together a hardworking team, with alot of grit. Possibly a 7th seed, 3rd in their division.

even if i wasnt the biggest rangers fan in the world, the rangers will single-handly "bitch slap" the Eastern Conference. with their deadly offense and young solid defense and no doubt the best young goalie, there is no way anyone is gonna stop them. Rangers vs. Pittsburgh should be a good series to watch.

crazy..lmao..your funny..NOT...serious though, the rags will flop this year, trust me on that...no chemistry. defense sucks. not that good, the pens and the flyers will compete for first...and oh the Islanders, they will be in the playoffs again like last year..after they were picked for 30th in the league. So keep picking the Isles last, and they'll keep surprising.

NYR doesnt really have a no-name defense anymore. Mara, Rozsival, Malik, Staal, Tyutin, Girardi. solid defenders. scoring points is only a bonus, as long as they get the job done, they are good.

Obviously the Rangers and The Penguins will be battling for the top spot in the Atlantic. The Islanders are in for a rough year losing so much of their team and playing in the toughest division in the NHL...
1.Rangers
2.Penguins
3.Devils - Brodeur factor here
4.Flyers - Much improved but they were 30th last year.
