Alright guys check it, I play corner at Georgia State and this is a terrible video. Sorry. DO NOT throw your weight into the receiver like this guy is, all it takes is a swim move and you're toast. Step with your left foot while jamming with your left hand(arm fully extended) and vice versa. No shoving!! it's called PRESS coverage. You wanna slam your hand into that nigga HARD and knock him off his balance, then, you run with him.

For expertvillage, these guys are extreme amateurs. I'm 5"7 and 161lbs and I can hold off tight end when I give it my all. But sometimes, I cant hold off a WR shorter than me because his swipes are amazing at breaking my bump. It's about agility and power placement.

i like that what he said right there is a lie he said "if u have a undersized cornerback then u cant bump and run because he is going to get abused" i am a 5'4 cornerback and i stopped a 6'1 D1 WR and picked of the ball i can do everything that a normal corner can do
