Sad but true about the going pop thing, but I guess everybody likes money. But at their hard-core peak, when this album was made, they could stand toe to toe with Steppenwolf; between them the two groups laid the groundwork for Metallica, Pantera, Korn and all the rest...

They were the best between 1969 and 1971 after that they went pop....The Red Album is their MF'in best in my opinion with E Pluribus Funk their 2nd best...

This is an old blues song from many years ago....like many years ago. These guys rocked it up with soul and blues from the 70's. Not bad for a classic power trio! This is the song that turned me on to these guys back in 1970.

That's correct, i play the well known classic rock songs, that's what they want to hear. The people at the parties don't want to hear heavy rock from 40 years ago.

Oh yea to be a well rounded music lover YOU have to love Grand Funk(you probably play the weak ass classic rock songs). Early Grand Funk was Loud and Proud and few bands could stand up to them....
