  • why is my name in the tags?

  • @JeddJohnson for a wile i was trying to experiment to see if certian words would bring more hits on vids, but i havent really figured out if tags do that since there is not a lot of varience on hits on my vids, i see lots of lame vids with crazy hits and was really wondering if tag words was the reason, so since i do grip stuff i tried your name because i know people associate your name with grip.

    Parris

  • impressive but the box looks a little high. but either way good job

  • @smcleod1990 i only have my bench to use and it puts me a hair above parallel it was more for fun anyway

  • I can't imagine 405ib x 21 as this point in my training. I performed 95lb x 20 front squats and at 18-20 reps I thought I was in a different space continuum.

    Awesome Job!.

  • well watch out you were probally about to pass out, be carefull ive seen it happen on video before.

  • @mrhtml16 he did say 440x60 is what he was doing at the end. The thing most people seem to ignore is he did not claim to do normal squats but hatfield safety bar squats while holding pins on a tree. I have tried this method and it improves your squatting ability heaps I can do my normal 1rm squat over 10 times using this setup. 440x60 normal squats seems ridiciulous but I believe 440x60 using this modified setup is possible even for a 40 year old man with no previous training experience.

  • I believe Kinney said he could do 440x30 and 540 for singles in his new video interview with John Wood. If a 175lb man can pretty much no-set the #4 and grind the handles, I don't see why he couldn't squat what he claims. Just my opinion

  • Good job thats fkn brutal......
