hey use palmer's bottom butter .. that really helps .. it helped my nephew ! he is to be 1 yr old now u will get it at babies r us.. a small 99 cents travel pack ..

Powder, powder, powder. I don't like the pastes at all. I used a home made diaper rash thing but I can't remember what was in it... it was great. I've also heard corn starch to dry it out. If you can let them roam diaper free that's great for them too..

i have twins also 2 boys and their 10 mths old, sudocreme is brilliant i swear bye it for dipr rash and coldesence powder. you apply the sudocreme first and then the coldesence. they also prevent it from coming back aswell. it is absolutely brilliant! i highly recommend it!

oh and go to a natural or whole foods place... look for Coconut oil. my little guy had a rash he could not kick and we used it and it was gone in one night!
