Scottsdale, Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Arizona...

A place where retarded builders and architects who failed in more strict areas like California can come and build retarded houses with poor and unsafe access to HVAC equipment!

Here are some more pictures from my picture archive synched together with music.

I even included the adress' to some of these jobs!

Enjoy!

  • Wow, you are the biggest cry baby. It's construction! stfu

  • @splatnum

People with that attitude is why shoddy work thrives.

    No pride.

  • A lot of times I didn`t fit the "good `ole boy" mold, a lot of the old timers then where I worked were stuck in their ways and me being new, they figured I`d adapt automatically to their way of doing things, I am a rebel I guess when it comes to that, I always try to do a job efficiently yet at the same time make sure its right, what they don`t always get is that to get it right sometimes takes longer, and that cuts into their profit. I got rushed around too much and that will burn a person out.

  • Dang sounds like you were describing some Phoenix area HVAC companies! That's awesome that you didn't allow yourself to "conform" to their dishonest ways. :-]

  • I'm thinking about moving to Arizona when I get old enough and start working on HVAC. But now it looks scary to work on those things!

  • Be afraid. Be VERY afraid! If you move here, get into commercial only and walk from companies that don't back you up when you decline jobs like this!

  • i always wonder whats the point of putting thim on roofs of houses this settup is mostly commond in desert areas in green

areas its mostly intercity and town building like schools docter's offices

malls and plaza buildings will have the units on the roof and the reasons why

is 1, thare no room on the ground 2, helps

to keep peaple from messing thim up

and 3, helps deture criminals from robbing parts out of the units for copper.

  • I have to deal with the same sht in sacramento, it's stupid, then the customer gets pissed when you charge extra to fix the problem because they tried to save some money at the time

  • hey theres nothing you can do but just charge the customer extra. and home and business buyers need to be aware of the potential hiding cost in the future they will keep building if you keep on buying. so charge them extra

  • This absolutely infuriates me as an HVAC engineer. The worst part is that an engineer probably said, "Yup, that's a good idea." and also signed off the commissioning papers as well. And don't get me started on access to units. I do air balancing now and then at my job, so I feel your pain about that.

  • Always one of my favorites. Just gotta keep coming back every so often to watch again. The music is so fitting.

  • Ahhh but remember people the other guy was $400.00 cheaper then you were, that is what happens and the cheap people deserve to pay the guy who knows what hes doing 400.00 or more to make it correct.

  • 2:42 how safe is that? Looks like conduit on the left end. Explain thanks!

  • who the hell closed the attic access
