@soaringwalrus thanks for the reply now I know my laptop won't be able to handle Gta IV its a good thing you replied because if I played it before you replied my graphics card would probably blow up..lol

@Gameworm214 No, your laptop isn't capable of running this game without experiencing huge amounts of lag. You have an intel celeron which means that your processor only has one core and thats only capable of very small amout of gaming. I have the same computer as you but with 4 gb of ram and I still experience lag with many games. The reason why this guy has very good framerate is because he upgraded his processor to an intel pentium which has two cores instead of one plus his gfx card.

And I have Windows Vista Basic.
