A former actor on the sitcom ''Ugly Betty'' is accused of murdering his mother.  According to the ''New York Daily News,'' Michael Brea killed his mother with a 3-foot sword in her Brooklyn apartment.  The ''Daily News'' quotes police sources as saying that Brea believed his mother was "possessed by Satan."

Jennifer Grey is the newest member of the Mirror Ball Trophy club.  The ''Dirty Dancing'' star was crowned the winner of ABC's ''Dancing With the Stars'' last night.  Grey and her partner Derek Hough beat out fellow contestants Kyle Massey and Bristol Palin.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston are the parents of a new baby boy.  ''People Magazine'' reports the couple's son, Benjamin, was born yesterday in Florida.  In a statement, Travolta and Preston say they are "ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family."

It's the battle of the Thanksgiving specials between singers Beyonce and Taylor Swift.  Both have specials announced for Thanksgiving night.  According to ''The Hollywood Reporter,'' fans will be able to catch both: Swift's special airs at 8pm Eastern on NBC, and Beyonce's airs at 9:30 Eastern on ABC.
