Thanks for the tutorials Kjer. It's hard to find ones that I think are good, but in my opinion yours really are. In depth and helpful. It's helping heaps man, hope to see more in the future :)

I got a question, what are the kicking prequisites before one can learn this. Tornado kick is obvious what are else?

i´m 13 years old and i can great kicks,but i can´t jump so high but i can this kick 3-4 days and i can this kick its easy i train kicks 1 year ago give me tips what i can do than i jump higher
