"No SVFR" does not mean you can't land at those airports. It just means you can't fly into that airport under a SVFR (Special VFR) clearance. You can still fly there under normal VFR procedures in VMC conditions.

Nice. I did Dayton Int'l (KDAY) for my required towered landings for my private. This is just a tad bit bigger though. :)

The plane is not IFR approved. The plane is based at KSLC. Not sure why SVFR is necessary.
