The 10.0 scoring system had its flaws but I do miss how exciting and unpredictable competitions were back then.

Zhang Nan didn't complete her triple full.

I don't understand the scoring at this competition.

I agree in not really thinking Zhang Nan should have medaled here, but that spin was gorgeous--almost perfect!

@BrittanyxKilla There's a big difference between a look when you might not necessarily have known the camera was on you, and publicly accusing a panel of judges of misconduct.  Additionally, Svetlana's bars were overscored enough to make up for any discrepancy on vault.

i think pavlova was the best. shes so underrated it makes me sick.

I agree that Pavlova should've won bronze, but perhaps behind Carly & Zhang--for me, Khorkina was way over-scored on the bars and if she'd gotten two tenths less there, she wouldn't have medaled at all. I thought all of her other scores were fair. Personally, I preferred her gymnastics before she was anorexic looking.

Also, even with the superfluous step out, I think Kupets should've gotten over a 9.3 on her floor routine. It wouldn't have affected the end result for her very much, but still.
