I have a question, you can close the screen? I mean not working the screen, but you can take pictures... I ask this because I believe it is one greater than the battery life.

Always pays to go into detail when comparing Cameras......I love the Sony 200v...but even though the Nikon P510 has larger zoom...its badly let down by the auto focus at longer zoom ranges.....the Sony is faster....& has few more modes that are genuinely usable....In my humble opinion.
