Chapter Abstract: This is clip 4 of 8 for this video. The developers of Somerset intercepted and filtered stormwater at the individual home site by planting shallow rain gardens. By using this design, the need for stormwater management facilities was greatly reduced saving them hundreds-of-thousands of dollars in infrastructure costs.
