25 minutes of HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) ツWe doa quick warm up, then we do 1 min of FULL ON high intensity cardio, then rest 1 min, then repeat! 4 drills, 2 times each! Then we end with a short cooldown!
