I currently work in Japan where the only other English speaker at my school is American (I'm Canadian). Between classes, we tried to catch bits of the Olympics over the internet. I knew something was special on closing ceremony day because my co-worker's eyes got really wide and he was laughing so hard he could barely gesture me over. I, too, was soon nearly dying with laughter, which was made even funnier by the fact that none of our Japanese co-workers got the joke. Oh Canada!

hahahaha I was one of the lumberjacks pushing the third Beaver, we just gave her, it was a little tight at times but we made it through! Her name was Wynona

i saw all those people in white run out and start hopping about. i actually was just getting home from canada that night, as i live near the boarder. had no idea why canadians were bombarding the streets at first cheering until i got home. i was bitching to change the channel because it was so boring, how did i miss this?! the giant inflatable moose mentioned above is the largest depressor in missing this. i like the indigenous moose.
