  • I love the guy and his recipe;TOO MUCH SIDE-BAR BS; otherwise a GREAT VIDEO!!!!! I will be trying this today; a variation is burgandy wine. WOW; if burgandy wine does not go with beef, tell me what does; BON APPETITE!!!

  • I peel a whole bulb of garlic and cut it sideways, the remaining skin goes soft and the bottom half stays together, really good if you like soft whole Garlic.
