I didn't always have two good knees, what you may not know is that I dislocated my left knee 4 times before having reconstructive ACL surgery and 2 pieces of meniscus removed from my knee. I did the prescribed physical therapy but what still remained was pain, tension, discomfort and swelling in my left knee as well as discomfort, tension and stress in the rest of my body as well. This began my path to wellness and healing initially for myself and then realized I was able to use the knowledge I gained to help others as well. Now this is my "Day Job." I feel very blessed to be able to make my living helping other realize how easy it is to eliminate chronic knee pain and live the life they can only imagine.

  • A while ago I rode a trick bike down a huge hill and the petals how caught up on some grass and I did a wipe out on the road below... After awhile my knee took foreverrr to heal, it's been almost a year and when you pointed in ur knee I still have pain in that area how can I fix this problem
