The IM thing was weird. Anyway, I like it, but I would suggest adding some more texture to the skin. It looked like it was all one color. Also...her nose looked incomplete at the very top of it. It's really good though. I tried photoshop once and couldn't figure it out. You did a really good job.

at the end she looks pretty but i think that the skin doesn´t looks realistic

It takes too long, I guess You should use blur tool and airbrush or smth.... Looks pretty fake so far...
