Here are positions you can hold to strengthen the muscles all the way around your core. Hold them for a few breaths. Not cheap breaths but full calm breaths.

I forgot to mention for the side position be sure not to use the arm on the ground to push your body up. You are using the muscles on your side which is the purpose of the posture. The arm is only for balancing.

Do not hurt yourself. Choose a number of breaths that is comfortable for you to hold these positions and then later you can increase that time.

Be sure to do these equally so you don't end up lopsided :)

Let me know if you have any variations or tips on improving the positions. I am no expert I just like to make videos. These are a part of my regular practice that I wanted to visually share.

  • @sloppymantis it is exactly like banana bread.. except that it is an exercise.. and i don't know how you eat an exercise...other than that it is exactly like banana bread.
