  • you are such a great person, so mature and intelligent and you always want to share your good experiences with others and that's so gentle of you! I admired that from the first moment I heard you talking about singin and your way of explaining things, always very quiet and to the point. You are dead ass cool - Cheers from Germany - you led me to singing

  • I'd rather die then never have pizza again.

  • thx

  • Thank you so much, I needed to hear this!

  • My daily diet: 3-6 eggs, 2-3 turkey sausage links, 5-7 yogurt cups (Carbmaster at Ralph's is great), 2 big turkey sausages with some vegetables, half a pack of deli meat, a little cheese, milk, and sometimes two chicken breasts from El Pollo Loco... I work out high intensity for 15 minutes a day and have seen huge results in 2 months... A high protein, low carb diet, is great with exercise/weight lifting... I aim for 150 grams of protein a day and am in the best shape of my life at 28 y/o...

  • I usually don't take notes in classes.. And this is just so freakin ironic where I actually decide to take notes on ur knowledge about being healthy.. Ur ridiculously amazing with everything you put on youtube and with ur aapproach stuff. I just love them so much!

  • Hi! I just started watching your vids. today and I just wanted to know how I could eat healthier and stuff but it's hard because my parents take us grocery shopping and let us buy anything we want. So how can I convince my parents it's healthy to eat healthy and how do I start? Cuz when I get to the grocery store, I just panic and don't know what I can get to eat...BTW I can't eat pork/ham. Thank-you!

  • Elhnad is so right. God is not stupid. Eat real food. Till you can totally transition to grassfed beef (bison in the stores is probably grass fed and by Federal law they can't be given antibiotics, etc!), eating fast food hamburgers (including cheese and bacon!) is OK if you don't eat the bun, tho the cattle are raised in truly scandalous conditions. But no fries, no sodas, and nothing with sugar. These all spike insulin.

Eric seems to eat like Mark Sisson who is great! Primal Blueprint

  • Pls post where you grab your info from, for people who want further education. To anybody who's viewing, I've spent 2 years comparing different types of diets for many hours a day, and my findings confirm almost all (90%) he's saying.

The simplest argument: is God stupid? NO! So why blame his foods like beef, egg yolks, butter as being bad. Man IS stupid tho. That's why cereals, refined flours, sugars, chemical additives and other fake foods are disease producing. Stop dieting. eat real food
