I just reached level 19 and iv been playing for two days the game is amazing and I want to get to Rivendell but its almost impossible being low level.

I've been playing LOTRO for just one week and it's awesome, incredible! in fact, it's my first time playing, not only a role game, simply a game cause I never felt curious about them but know's different 8D greetings.

If the house is owned by a friend and you are ivited then yes you could, this is only applicable to the housing estates though. In some of the towns you can enter certain buildings but not all.
