I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but it looks like it broke badly. at 0:11 it looked like the chamber/ barrel had come loose and shifted right forwards.

Yes, it's quite rare & expencive...
Tanaka produced very limited numbers of this Czech SMG WZ-63(also known as PM-63) in early 90'.
It's a 6mm BB blowback gun with a fully metal(aluminum) body.
Tanaka WZ-63 can be powered either internally or externally by exchanging the attachment parts located at the magazine bottom; air-tank/CO2 connector or liquid chargable gas inlet.
I bought it as secondhand for about $200 in Japan,
but recent market price has gone up to $300~400...
