Every single auto manufacturer lists horsepower at the crank, not at the wheels.

Thats very missleading they make it sound like it has 469hp at the wheels. Cadillac needs to change there speqs because there is a big diff between 360.99hp and 469hp very very very missleading not cool.

D3 says that got close to 600 at the wheels according to their web site.

I thought the sts-v came with a stock 469 hp.

They did! This one has been modified. The 469 measurement is at the crank, not the wheels.
