oops - 2 frames aut of synch - I tried to correct this but it is almost impossible because there are also some jumps from frame to frame inbetween. Which cameras did you use to record this? is there an image stabilisation system - if yes please deactivate it since this may introduce a lot of problems

Like I said in the description, they are Oregon Scientific cameras.
The pros: They are small and tough, and about $100 each
The cons: CMOS jello, and no manual controls

yes sorry I never heared of these cameras - as I already wrote the cameras seem to drom some frames inbetween - in 2D none will see this - in 3D if the drops are different on left and right camera it will mess up your video- tried once again to correct this but I gave up. You should consider using other cameras - if 640*480 is ok for you take a pair of canon photo cameras and use SDM to synch them this will give you much better results. You may get Canon cameras for less than $100 each

The camera is called the ATC3K. I'll try to figure out what's going on with the frame rate.
Thanks for mentioning the SDM thing. I hadn't heard of that before, so now I've been reading up on that and CHDK.

I think the eyes are a touch out of sync. Like the right eye is a frame or two behind the left eye.
