PME Expo Day - Self Drive

PME's Expo Day on Driving with a Disability had several modified vehicles on display and gave guests the opportunity to meet the owners of these vehicles.

This particular vehicle features a Wheelchair Self Drive conversion. The wheelchair user enters the vehicle via the rear entry lift and rolls into the driving position where their wheelchair is automatically locked down. They can then drive the vehicle using the appropriate controls. In this case the driver uses a push-pull hand control.
