All very good choices...except for Doomsday,maybe---cuz with his being unable to die the same way twice,not to mention his nearly unmatched ferocity and Supes- level powers he'd mop the floor with both sides. But hey,it is a video game,and since his physiology is similar to Superman's and the game has a huge magical element to it,with his limited powers the rest might stand a chance. Might. \=)

Everyones powers were shifting and rebalancing in MK vs DC. Doomsday's powers would more than likely level out like the rest.
