well that must be the fundamental difference between you and me then. i dont criticize or support robert mugabe because i know that i dont have the full picture of the situation in zimbabwe, historically or at present. it is of course easy to judge him through what we hear in the western media or any other country's media. of course that does not mean we can have no opinion of him whatsoever, but we should not impose it on others as many 'free tibet' protestors are doing at the moment.

Again, that is not the point. I have never been to the US, still have the right to criticise US politics. I have never been to Zimbabwe and still think Robert Mugabe is an idiot. Human right violations must be branded regardless of where they happen. Tibet is international and not an internal affair of China. And by the way, I have been to Tibet but not to China.

of course we do. But do you mean to justify todays crimes with the help of those of the past? America's greed, European colonialism, German and Japanese cruelties during WWII do not give you the right to stay in Tibet.

weapons? china has no use for weapons, we do not make a habit of starting wars with other countries halfway across the world like america and europe. did you know that china's military operational status is on the lowest mode of preparation compared with other countries? of course china wants to develop tibet as it is part of china. of course china wants natural resources of that area because it is useful for economy! obviously!

Have you ever asked yourself why China spent all this money on Tibet? This is not kindness but greed, the want the natural resources of that country. Sometimes they use money next day its weapons. This is pure commie imperialism.
