To pay tribute to London's most famous Italian coffee shop, London's modern day godfather of swing, Ray Gelato, wrote 'Bar Italia (Where you Wanna Be) in the Summer of 2011.

Several mash ups later, The Soho Hobo has transformed Ray's beautiful homage into a new dance track, layering everything from house beats, mandolin, ukulele, rockabilly guitar, techno, swing and opera to reflect the multi cultural kaleidoscope that is 'Bar Italia'. All fuelled by one of the finest showmen and vocalists of our times: Ray Gelato.
