Hey people! this is my first gig & I am scared ( steve still's a la woodstock) and everyone gather around, all you clowns this is urber-clown/fool who is sick and down on a frown when a messenger brought me a letter/ was raised by the praise of fan who said I upset her/ any girl in the world could have easily known me much better/ she said you're strange but don' t change & I let her. Probably, the funniest Nick Cave song... and fucking hypnotic too. It looks like the sex-lunatic b-side of "desolation row"

It is the first Nick's song I heard, because it's in my first Nick's cd (Nocturama) and I'm addicted to the bad seeds since then. Anyone knows if they've ever played it in concert?
