The eye was injured by penetration of a foreign body. The surgery includes the extraction of lens by clear corneal incision and phacoemulsification. Because of the zonuler dialysis, intracapsular ring (ICR) was used. At the end of the surgery, following intraocular lens (IOL, Sensar, AMO) implantation, pupilloplasty has done.

  • @dchamberss Yes, there was a full thickness laceration, also damage on iris and lens. The final VA is 16/20. Thank you for your attention.

  • Thanks for the post, was there a full-thickness corneal laceration? What the outcome, VA?
