SimCity 4 Region Contest
Just 3 Steps and 3 rules...

Step A: Download the region
Place the entire region folder into your documents/SimCity 4/Regions...

Step B: Just follow some rules...
1.- You will need the Network Addon Mod (NAM) June/July 2009 version or most recent NAM version.
-Previus NAM versions will not work, you can use your plugins folder, anything you want...
2.- You will not remove anything (such transport, streets, highways and zones)
-but.. you can improve the zones, streets, highways etc (making better slope), this means you can plop, add anything you like, but you cant remove the current infrastructure.
3.- You can do whatever you want in these 4 areas (the grided ones)
you can also remove the oneway streets just from these areas...
Area 1, Area 2, Area 3, Area 4
As like what?
Well you can zone RCI, plop landmarks, make farms, anything! just use your imagination...
Well just for give ideas, you can use area 4 for hihrises or historical downtown, area 3 for industrial and the rest for w2w...

Step C: Make a video of both of your cities (region) and post it as response

No prices but lots of winnes, you decide of what category you want to win...

-Who makes best snowy theme

How to support a response?
Just leave a comment to someone video (in response here) as for example "I vote for this video as best rural city", you can vote to anyones video but please do not repeat the category...

-You can only give one vote per video
-You can only give one category per video.

The one who gets more support, wins the category, you can win multiple categories...

i think i'm just going to stopworking on my entry cause its too hard to make a good residential area because I don't like how u had it organized. I also dont like how the land isnt even flat so i can't make a good city. maybe next time......

you just drag the avenue into the highway or the highway into the avenue.
