This makes me proud. Maybe GL got cancelled anyway, but we sure tried. We put in every effort we could, and we stood together. We created a community so strong, that it will love on for a long long time.

we all know its a soap opera but its what the soap opera stands for, American History. Guiding Light has been on air for 72 years and yeah its fictional but a lot of people don't feel comfortable meeting new people and use television as a way to find that comfortable place in their life. Imagine if fictional television shows were off the air for good, a lot of people would lose all sense of imagination!
