TAEKWONDO 16 POOMSE

Le Taekwondo est un art martial coréen qui utilise les poings, les pieds et d'autres parties du corps comme autant d'armes naturelles. Les Poomse sont des combats imaginaires codifiés, exécutés seul. Cet enchaînement de mouvements d'attaque, de défense et de déplacement reflète la philosophie de l'art martial du Taekwondo. Pour la 1ère fois en vidéo, ce dvd présente 16 Poomse : les 8 Taegeug poomse ainsi que 8 poomse supérieurs avec certaines applications.

Taekwondo, the Korean Martial Art, uses fists, feet and other body parts as natural weapons. The poomse are imaginary codified fights performed alone. This combination of attack, defense and moving positions reflects the spirit of the Taekwondo. For the first time on video, this DVD presents the 16 poomse: the 8 Taegueug Poomse as well as the 8 superior ones.

TAEKWONDO ist ein koreanischer Kampfport mit bloßen Händen, bei dem die Fäuste, Füße und andere Körperteile auch als natürliche Waffen benützt werden.
Als Nachfahre der kämpferischen Tradition Koreas ist TAEKWONDO ein vollständiger Kampfsport, der eine eigene olympische Disziplin geworden ist, die umfassend und anspruchsvoll ist. Die Poomse sind kodifizierte, imaginäre Kämpfe, die alleine ausgeführt werden.
