for about of month now ive been playing around with a whole new style (well new for me atleast) and the basic fundimental is lock down the hips. ive been using "sao paulo approach" (tony pacenski made a dvd on it) smash passing, cradle passing for half, leg dragging and leg weaving and i find it alot better than my old style of playing on top (which was getting swept getting mad getting a sweep from bottom and starting again!) this video really helps!!! thank you

This is the result of someone who understands some very basic and very functional concepts in Jiu-Jitsu and applying them in his own way. Very cool.
