I don't actually see torture. IE: Torture: "The Act of Inflicting Excrutiating Pain". This horse did not appear to have anything done to it that actually hurt it. A couple human kicks like that man did, most likely wasn't as hurtful as a horse fly bite. It was humorous to me to watch a couple serious dimwits try to get the horse untangled, and the horse looks extremely irritated. He probably just hates his job.
